Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience!

central locationhelpful staffcomplimentary snackssmall room
The location is indeed superb. I found it was an easy walk to various attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist! I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the pantry stocked with complimentary snacks. Breakfast was also good. I enjoyed the freshly cooked options.
My room felt small, and maneuvering around the bed was a bit tight due to a shelf on the wall! I wish the room had been more spacious.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

convenient locationmechanical noisedismissive staff
The location proved quite convenient for accessing the central area.
I paid nearly £300 per night, but my sleep suffered due to a persistent mechanical noise. Some sort of heat exchange unit clicked on every 10 minutes. It sounded like a truck idling right outside the window. the reception staff didn't even ask about my stay during checkout, denying me the opportunity to provide feedback in person.

i found that the staff were really helpful and friendly. the food was fab, the beds very comfy too. the hotel welcomed our dog with doggy gifts. chris, the general manager, was helpful .
i noted that the internal standard of finish on the hotel seems cheap. the rooms were nothing special, despite gimmicks like mini dolls houses. i wished i booked elsewhere.

i appreciated the friendly and interested welcome. the staff showed me the rooms and helped with my luggage. the room had fabulous facilities and supplies. the free nibbles counter on the landing was great too.
i had high expectations but sadly they weren't met. the mini bar was bad because it had nothing in it. the courtyard of my room was in the car park. the restaurant is above the room, so it was very noisy with footsteps and tables being dragged across the floor.
